2016:o ano em que se tentou matar a esperança do povo brasileiro

A situação social, política e econômica do Brasil mereceria uma reflexão severa sobre a tentativa perversa de matar a esperança do povo brasileiro, promovida por uma corja (esse é o nome) de políticos, em sua grande maioria corruptos ou acusados de tal, que, de forma desavergonhada, se pôs a serviço dos verdadeiros forjadores do golpe perpretado contra a Presidenta Diloma Rousseff: a velha oligarquia do dinheiro e do privilégio que jamais aceitou que alguém do andar de baixo chegasse a ser Presidente do Brasil e fizesse a inclusão social de milhões dos filhos e filhas da pobreza.

Obviamente há politicos valorosos e éticos, bem como empresários da nova geração, progressitas que pensam no Brasil e em seu povo. Mas estes não conseguiram ainda acumular força suficiente para dar outro rumo à politica e um sentido social ao Estado vigente, de cariz neoliberal e patrimonialista.

Ao se referir à corrupção todos pensam logo no Lava Jato e na Petrobrás. Mas esquecem ou lhes é negada, intencionalmente pela mídia conservadora e legitimadora do establishment, a outra corrupção, muito pior, revelada exatamente no dia de Natal que junto com o nascimento de Cristo se narra a matança de meninos inocentes pelo rei Herodes, hoje atualizado pelos corruptos que delapidam o país (O Estado de São Paulo 25/12/2016).

Wagner Rosário, secretário do Ministério da Transparência, nos revela que nos últimos treze anos esquemas de corrupção, de fraudes e desvios de recursos da União, repassados aos Estados, municípios e ONGs e direcionados a pequenos municípios com baixo Indice de Desenvolvimento Humano podem superar um milhão de vezes o rombo na Petrobrás descoberto na Lava Jato. São 4 bilhões mas camuflados que podem se transformar, num estudo econométrico, em um trilhão de reais. As áreas mais afetadas são a saúde (merenda) e a educação (abandono das escolas).

Diz o Secretário: “A gente chama isso de assassinato da esperança. Quando você retira merenda de uma criança, você tira a possibilidade de crescimento daquele município a médio e a longo prazo. É uma geração inteira que você está matando”.

A nação precisa saber desta matança e não se deixar mentir por aqueles que ocultam, controlam e distorcem as informações porque são anti-sistêmicas.

Mas não se pode viver só de desgraças que macularam grande parte do ano de 2016. Voltemo-nos para aquilo que nos permite viver e sonhar: a esperança.

Para entender a esperança precisamos ultrapassar o modo comum de vermos a realidade. Pensamos que a realidade é o que está aí, dado e feito. Esquecemos que o dado é sempre feito e não é todo o real. O real é maior. Pertence ao real também o potencial, o que ainda não é e que pode vir a ser. Esse lado potencial se expressa pela utopia, pelos sonhos, pelas projeções de um mundo melhor. É o campo onde floresce a esperança. Ter esperança é crer que esse potencial pode se transformar em real, não automaticamente, mas pela prática humana. Portanto, a utopia que alimenta a esperança não se antagoniza com a realidade. Ela revela seu lado potencial, o abscôndito que quer vir para fora e fazer história.

Faço meu o lema do grande cientista e físico quântico Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker cuja sociedade fundada por ele me honrou em final de novembro em Berlim com um prêmio pelo intento de unir o grito da Terra com o grito do pobre:”não anuncio otimismo, mas esperança”.

Esperança é um bem escasso hoje no mundo inteiro e especialmente no Brasil. Os que mudaram ilegitimamente os rumos do país, impondo um ultraliberalismo, estão assassinando a esperança do povo brasileiro. As medidas tomadas só penalizam as grandes maiorias que veem as conquistas sociais históricas sendo literalmente desmontadas.

Aqui nos socorre o filósofo alemão (Ernst Bloch) que introduziu o “princípio esperança”. Esta, a esperança, é mais que uma virtude entre outras. É um motor que temos dentro de nós que alimenta todas as demais virtudes e que nos lança para frente, suscitando novos sonhos de uma sociedade melhor.

Esta esperança vai fornecer as energias para a população afetada poder resisitir, sair às ruas, protestar e exigir mudanças que façam bem ao país, a começar pelos que mais precisam.

Como a maioria é cristã valem as palavras do sábio Riobaldo de Guimarães Rosa:”Com Deus existindo, tudo dá esperança, o mundo se resolve…Tendo Deus é menos grave se descuidar um pouquinho, pois no fim, dá certo. Mas se não tem Deus, então, a gente não tem licença para coisa nenhuma”.

Ter fé é ter saudades de Deus. Ter esperança é saber que Ele está ao nosso lado, ainda que invisível, fazendo-nos esperar contra toda a esperança.

Weihnachten zur Zeit des Herodes

Dieses Jahr wird Weihnachten anders sein. Normalerweise ist es ein Fest, an dem sich die Familie trifft. Christen feiern das Christkind, das kam, um unser Menschsein anzunehmen und es besser zu machen.

In Wahrheit jedoch ist es der Ort, an dem die schreckliche Figur des Herodes des Großen (73 v.Chr. – 4 n. Chr.) auftrat, den man mit dem Ermorden der unschuldigen Kinder in Verbindung bringt. Als er hörte, dass in seinem Königreich Judäa ein neuer König geboren worden war, fürchtete er um seine Macht. So befahl er das Ermorden aller kleinen Jungen unter zwei Jahren. Dann hören wir eine der traurigsten Stellen in der Bibel: „Ein Geschrei war in Rama zu hören, lautes Weinen und Klagen. Rahel weinte um ihre Kinder und wollte sich nicht trösten lassen, denn sie waren dahin“ (Mt. 2,18).

Die Geschichte vom Ermorden der Unschuldigen geht in anderer Form weiter. Die ultrakapitalistische Politik, die die gegenwärtige brasilianische Regierung ausübt, indem sie Rechte annulliert, Gehälter kürzt, soziale Errungenschaften wie das Gesundheitswesen, Bildung, soziale Sicherheit und Renten zurückfährt und für die nächsten 20 Jahre die Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten einfriert, hat zur Konsequenz das perverse und langsame Ermorden der Unschuldigen, die zum Großteil aus den Armen unseres Landes Brasilien bestehen.

Die tödlichen Folgen, die aus der Entscheidung resultieren, den Markt als wichtiger zu erachten als unbekannte Personen, sind für den Gesetzgeber nicht neu. Innerhalb von wenigen Jahren werden wir eine Klasse von Superreichen haben (zurzeit sind es 1.440 gemäß der IPEA, d. h. ca. 0,05 % der Bevölkerung Brasiliens), eine Mittelklasse, die befürchtet, ihren Status zu verlieren, und Millionen von brasilianischen Armen sowie die Ausgeschlossenen, die aus der Armut ins Elend fielen. Dies impliziert hungernde Kinder, die wegen Unterernährung und völlig vermeidbaren Krankheiten sterben, Erwachsene, die weder einen Zugang zu Medikamenten noch zum öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen haben und zum vorzeitigen Sterben verurteilt sind. Dieses Abschlachten hat einen Urheber: ein Großteil der heutigen Gesetzgeber von der sogenannten „PEC des Todes“ können nicht von der Schuld freigesprochen werden, der heutige Herodes des brasilianischen Volkes zu sein.

Der wohlhabenden Elite und den Privilegierten gelang die Rückkehr. Mit der Unterstützung der korrupten Parlamentarier, mit dem Rücken zum Volk und taub für die Proteste auf den Straßen, durch eine Koalition der Mächte, bestehend aus Polizisten, der Staatsanwaltschaft, der Militärpolizei und Teilen der Justizgewalt und der körperschaftlichen und reaktionären Massenmedien und nicht ohne den Rückhalt durch die imperiale Macht, die sich für Brasiliens Reichtum interessiert, erzwangen sie die Ausgrenzung von Präsidentin Dilma Rousseff. Der wahre Motor dieses Coups besteht aus dem Finanzkapital, den Banken und Darlehensgebern (die nicht von der Politik der Haushaltsanpassungen betroffen sind).

Der Politikwissenschaftler Jesse Souza prangert nicht grundlos an: Brasilien ist die Bühne, auf der der Konflikt zwischen zwei Projekten ausgetragen wird: der Traum der Mehrheiten eines großen und starken Landes und der Realität einer raubgierigen Elite, die alles an sich reißen und den Reichtum des Landes in die Taschen einer Handvoll Leute stecken will. Die wohlhabende Elite regiert einfach nur deshalb, weil sie in der Lage ist, alle anderen Eliten zu „kaufen“ (FSP 16.04.2016).

Es ist traurig zu sehen, dass dieser Prozess des Plünderns eine Folge der alten Versöhnungspolitik zwischen den Begüterteten untereinander und mit den Regierenden ist, die aus den Kolonial- und Unabhängigkeitszeiten stammt. Die Präsidenten Lula da Silva und Dilma Rousseff beherrschten oder benutzten nicht die schlaue Strategie dieser regierenden Minderheit, die unter dem Vorwand der Regierbarkeit nach der Versöhnung untereinander und mit der Regierung strebt und dabei dem Volk einige Privilegien einräumt, sofern das Wachstum ihres Reichtums dabei noch auf dem Höchstlevel verbleibt.

Der Historiker José Honorio Rodrigues, der ausführlich die Klassenversöhnung studierte, die immer auf dem Rücken des Volks ausgetragen wird, sagt ganz richtig: Die staatliche Führung war in ihren aufeinanderfolgenden Generationen immer reformistisch, elitär und individualistisch … Die Kunst des Diebstahls ist wohlbekannt und uralt und wird von diesen Minderheiten praktiziert, nicht vom Volk. Das Volk stiehlt nicht. Das Volk wird bestohlen … Das Volk ist herzlich, die Oligarchie ist brutal und erbarmungslos … der große Erfolg der brasilianischen Geschichte beruht auf dem brasilianischen Volk, und die große Enttäuschung sind die brasilianischen Herrscher ((Conciliação e Reforma no Brasil, 1965. pp. 114-119).

Wir erleben in Brasilien die Wiederholung dieser üblen Tradition, aus der wir uns nie befreien werden, ohne eine Gegen-Macht zu stärken, die von unten kommen muss und in der Lage ist, diese perverse Elite zu bekämpfen und einen anderen Staatstypus zu schaffen mit einer anderen Art von republikanischer Politik, in der das Allgemeingut über den individuellen und den unternehmerischen Gütern steht.

Das diesjährige Weihnachtsfest ist ein Weihnachten unter dem Zeichen des Herodes. Dennoch halten wir daran fest, dass das göttliche Kind der befreiende Messias ist und dass der Stern uns wohlwollend auf bessere Wege führen wird.

The Nativity in the time of Herod

The Nativity this year will be different from other Nativities. Generally, it is the holiday of familial fraternizing. For Christians, it is the celebration of the Divine Child who came to assume our humanity and make it better.

However, in truth, in its place there appeared the horrible figure of Herod the Great, (73 BC– 4 BC), linked to the killing of the innocents. Jealous of his power, he heard that a baby king was born in his kingdom, Judah. And he ordered the killing of all little boys under two years. Then were heard some of the saddest words in the Bible: “In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.” (Mt 2,18).

This story of the killing of the innocents continues, in another form. The ultra capitalist policies imposed by the present Brazilian government, revoking rights, reducing salaries, cutting social benefits such as health care, education, social security, pensions and freezing for 20 years the possibilities of development have as a consequence the perverse and slow killing of the innocent, of whom great majority are the poor of our country, Brazil.

The lethal consequences flowing from the decision to consider the market more important than persons are not unknown to the legislators. Within a few years we will have a class of super-rich (there are now 1,440, according to the IPEA, about 0.05% of the population of Brazil), a middle class afraid of losing its status and millions of Brazilian poor and the excluded, who fell from poverty into misery. This implies hungry children who die from malnourishment and totally preventable diseases, adults who can find neither medicines nor access to public health, condemned to die prematurely. This slaughter has an author: a large part of the current legislators from the so-called “The PEC of death” cannot be exempted from the guilt of being the present day Herod of the Brazilian people.

The monied elites and the privileged managed to return. Supported by corrupt parliamentarians, with their backs to the people and deaf to the clamor in the streets, through a coalition of forces consisting of constables, the Public Ministry, the Military Police and parts of the Judiciary and the corporative and reactionary mass media, and not without the backing of the imperial power interested in Brazilian wealth, forced the marginalization of President Dilma Rousseff. The real motor of the coup is the financial capital, banks and lenders (who are not affected by the policies of fiscal adjustments).

The political scientist Jesse Souza denounces with reason: Brazil is the stage of a dispute between two projects: the dream of the majorities of a great and strong country and the reality of a rapacious elite that wants to usurp the work of everyone and sack the wealth of the country to line the pockets of half a dozen. The monied elite rules, by the simple fact of being able to “buy” all other elites (FSP 16/4/2016).

It is sad to show that this process of pillaging is a consequence of the old politics of conciliation between those with money, among themselves and with the governments, that comes from the times of the Colony and Independence. Presidents Lula da Silva and Dilma Rousseff did not accomplish or did not know how to overcome the sagacious art of this ruling minority that, with the pretext of governability, seeks conciliation among themselves and with the government, ceding some benefits to the people at the price of maintaining untouched the nature of their process of accumulating wealth at the highest levels.

Historian Jose Honorio Rodrigues, who studied in depth class conciliation, always on the backs of the people, rightly says: the national leadership, in their successive generations, was always reformist, elitist and individualistic … The art of thievery is well-known and ancient, practiced by those minorities and not by the people. The people does not steal. The people is stolen … The people is cordial, the oligarchy is cruel and pitiless…; the great success of Brazilian history is the Brazilian people, and the great deception are the Brazilian leaders (Conciliação e Reforma no Brasil, 1965. pp. 114-119).

We are living in Brazil a repetition of this malefic tradition, from which we will never liberate ourselves without strengthening an anti-power, coming from below, capable of defeating this perverse elite and of creating a different type of State, with a different type of republican politics, where the common good prevails over individual and corporative good.

The Nativity this year is a Nativity under the sign of Herod. Still, we believe that the divine Child is the liberating Messiah and the Star will generously show us better paths.

Natale in tempo di Erode

Il Natale di quest’anno sarà diverso dagli altri Natali. In generale è la festa della fratellanza e delle famiglie. Per i cristiani è la celebrazione della nascita del Santo Bambino che è venuto a prendere la nostra umanità e a renderla migliore.

Quel contesto, tuttavia, si intromise la terribile figura di Erode il Grande (73 aC – 4 aC) che rimase legato alla uccisione di bambini innocenti. Geloso del suo potere, sentì che era nato nel suo regno, la Giudea, un bambino-re. E ordinò l’uccisione di tutti i bambini sotto i due anni. Allora si èsentita una delle parole più sofferte di tutta la Bibbia: ” Un grido è stato udito in Rama, un pianto e un lamento grande: Rachele piange i suoi figli e non vuole essere consolata, perché non sono più ” (Mt 2,18) .

Questa storia dell’assassinio di innocenti continua ancora in altro modo. Le politiche ultra capitalistiche imposte dal governo brasiliano attuale, portando via i diritti, abbassando i salari, tagliando le prestazioni sociali come la sanità, l’istruzione, la sicurezza, le pensioni e il congelamento per 20 anni della possibilità di sviluppo, hanno provocato una strage perversa e lenta di innocenti della grande maggioranza povera del nostro paese.

Ai legislatori non sono sconosciute le conseguenze letali della decisione di considerare il mercato più importante delle persone. Nel giro di pochi anni avremo una classe di super-ricchi (oggi sono 1.440 in base alle IPEA, quindi, lo 0,05% della popolazione), una classe media impaurita di perdere il proprio status e milioni di poveri ed emarginati che dalla povertà sono passati alla miseria. Questo significa la fame nei bambini, che muoiono di malnutrizione e malattie completamente prevenibili, persone anziane, che non ricevono i loro medicinali o l’accesso alla sanità pubblica, condannati a morire prematuramente. Questo massacro ha dei responsabili: molti dei legislatori attuali della così detta “Politica Economica della morte” non possono essere assolti dalla la colpa di essere l’attuale Erode del popolo brasiliano.

Le élite del denaro e dei privilegi sono tornate. Supportate da parlamentari corrotti, di nuovo avversi al popolo e sordi alle grida della strada, attraverso una coalizione di forze formata da giudici, pubblici ministeri, polizia militare e da parte della polizia giudiziaria e dei mezzi di comunicazione reazionari, non senza il sostegno della potenza imperiale interessata alla nostra ricchezza, hanno forzato le dimissioni della presidente Rousseff. Il motore reale del golpe è stato il capitale finanziario, le banche e coloro che vivono di rendita (non toccati dalle politiche di aggiustamenti fiscali).

Giustamente denuncia il politologo Jesse Souza: il Brasile è il palcoscenico di una controversia tra due progetti: il sogno di una nazione grande e fiorente per la maggioranza e la realtà di una élite predatoria che vuole drenare il lavoro di tutti e saccheggiare le ricchezze del paese per le tasche di mezza dozzina di persone. La élite del denaro comanda, per il semplice fatto di essere in grado di “comprare” tutte le altre élites (FSP 16/04/2016).

La tristezza sta nel notare che questo processo di espropriazione è una conseguenza della politica di accordi dei signori del denaro tra di loro e con i governi, che nasce sin dal tempo della colonizzazione e della indipendenza. Lula-Dilma non sono riusciti o non hanno saputo come superare l’astuzia di questa minoranza al potere che con il pretesto della governabilità cerca la riconciliazione tra loro e con i governanti, concedendo alcuni benefici al popolo al prezzo di mantenere incontaminata la natura del proprio processo di accumulazione di ricchezza a livelli elevatissimi.

Lo storico Jose Honorio Rodrigues, che ha studiato a fondo la conciliazione di classe, sempre alle spalle del popolo, dice giustamente: la direzione nazionale, nelle generazioni che si sono succedute, è sempre stata elitaria e personalistica … L’arte di rubare è nobile e antica, praticata da quelle minoranze e non dal popolo. Il popolo non ruba, ma subisce il furto … Il popolo è amichevole, l’oligarchia è crudele e spietata …; il successo nella storia del Brasile viene dal suo popolo mentrei suoi leader sono la grande delusione (Conciliação e Reforma no Brasil, 1965. pp.114 119).

Stiamo vivendo una ripetizione di questa malefica tradizione, che non riusciremo mai a modificare senza rafforzare un anti-potere, che sorga dal basso, in grado di abbattere questa élite corrotta e stabilire un altro tipo di Stato, con un’altra politica per la repubblica, dove il bene comune si sostituisca a quello particolare e aziendale.

Il Natale di quest’anno è un Natale sotto il segno di Erode. Tuttavia, riteniamo che il Santo Bambinoè il Messia liberatore e la Stella è un segno favorevole venuto a mostrarci cammini migliori.
